2016: My Year In Review

I'm probably not the only one who is looking back on the past 12 months and thinking that it's been a tough year. We've lost some of my heroes (Bowie in particular was a massive kick in the nuts), I started a new role and ended a relationship with someone who I'd been with for almost half of my life. These things are all hard. With challenges come opportunities to grow though. This year has (the above aside) seen me

vExpert. Bloody vExpert! I AM HIM!

This will be a brief post, but I discovered just after leaving work on Friday that I'd been awarded the status of vExpert 2016. Words totally fail me. This has been something I've been shooting at for a number of years now, but I've never felt that I had what it took. I have utmost respect for the other folk who have been awarded this status, and I'm still sure that someone has either made a mistake, or is massively
